Nurse Leader Eligibility Table (2014)

Organizations submitting applications must use this tool to document the highest nursing education, whether baccalaureate or graduate degree, for all nurse leaders (exclusive of nurse managers) to demonstrate compliance with eligibility criteria with the submitted documentation. When listing the units use the same unit identifiers as used on the Demographic Information Form on the tab "Unit Names by Unit Type."
