MLC Public Library

I just downloaded this template and there are no dropdown choices anymore. Can this be fixed? I had downloaded a previous 2023 table that had instruction at the top in red, indicating how to identify if you were using it in one of the SOE's. Are we still able to use that template, or must we transition to this table?

How can I use the Nursing research Table?  It says that it is protected and asks for a password which I don't have?

Can the form be updated to allow for Wrap Text?

I'm at the Magnet workshop today and just heard the form was edited to downloaded this version.  I'm still concerned that you can't see names of multiple PIs so really need this to wrap text or let us expand the column size.  Also highly recommend repeating the heading row for orgs that have a lot of studies this would be very helpful.  thank you
