Among my outstanding competencies are strengthening teamwork, creating humanization strategies in care, empowering talents within the nursing units to guide and guide on the road to excellence.
I have worked at Clínica Alemana Santiago since undergraduate, completing all my university internships at the institution, as well as the specialization in Critical Patient during 2012. Subsequently, I became part of the clinical nursing team in the Critical Patient Unit for a period of 5 years, and then, I worked as a technical nurse for 5 years; a position where the polyvalence of the role in different units such as Intermediate surgical, medical, covid and neurological stands out.
During my professional career I have been able to lead activities of high institutional impact such as participating for 9 years in the International Congress of Nursing where I am proud of the Presidency of the Organizing Committee during the year 2019, Coordination of CNO Day VIII Quality Forum 2023 and Coordination of the Neurological Certification of the World Stroke Organization.
On the other hand, I have been able to represent as a speaker the work of the Nursing Department in important national events organized by the Chilean Society of Intensive Care Medicine and the Chilean Association of Vascular Diseases.
In parallel to the functions of the position, I have been able to work in teaching at the Universidad del Desarrollo during the years 2013, 2014 and 2023.
